These Terms of Service govern your use of the Infinity Sports Park website and facilities. 1. BOOKINGS. Reservations are confirmed on successful payment. Slots are hourly and non-transferable without staff approval. 2. CONDUCT. Follow posted facility rules and staff instructions. The Park may refuse entry or cancel bookings (with refund) for unsafe or abusive behavior. 3. PAYMENT. Prices shown at checkout are final and include applicable taxes and fees. 4. LIABILITY. Use of athletic facilities carries inherent risk; see the Waiver & Liability document, which every participant must sign. 5. CHANGES. We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a revised effective date.
